At OMAC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
